About Art Business Society

The UAL Art Business Society, established in autumn 2023, is a student-led initiative that bridges the gap between the worlds of art and business. We believe in fostering an environment where creative and commercial aspects of the art industry can thrive together. The society provides a platform for students to explore the intersection of these fields through a variety of experiences, from networking events to gallery visits, studio tours, hands-on workshops, conferences and curated exhibitions. Additionally, through opportunities to connect with leading industry professionals like artists, designers, curators, entrepreneurs, art dealers and gallery managers, along with regular peer-mentoring within the community, we believe in educating students on monetisation of creative practices. By providing these platforms, we strive to be the bridge between young creatives and the ever-changing industry.
