Overview
Finding your people during Welcome Week can feel really scary, but with this super fun, interactive event, we're here to help you make some brilliant new friends! We're teaming up with The Lonely Girls Club for an evening of friendship bingo, you'll have your very own friendship bingo card and the aim is to speak to as many people as possible to find others that you have things in common with! Whether this be your love for musicals, the course you're studying, favourite cocktail or your favourite comfort film! And, there'll be prizes too just like in normal bingo, with fabulous prize bundles for the first person to get a line, diagonal and full house!
Come and spend an evening with us chatting to new people, laughing, making friends and having fun at our first ever friendship bingo events!
Activity instructions:
- Collect your friendship bingo card and pen
- It's time to start chatting, say hi and introduce yourself to others.
- Just like in normal bingo the aim is to cross off boxes on your bingo card, but this time it's when you find someone that you have something in common with! If you find someone who is a match, whether this be that they are on the same course as you or share a favourite artist, then cross it off!
- The first people to get a line, diagonal and a full house will will one of our fabulous prizes! But be warned, we will be checking, so you need to be able to tell us the names, and point out, your new friends who matched each box on the bingo card to be able to win, no cutting corners or cheating here!
