Your Officers in collaboration with Tea Society have designed a day for you to connect, relax, and look after your wellbeing as Blue Monday is known to be a time of year that many of us feel stressed about returning to work and studies, and sadness after holidays and time with friends and family.

Join us for a day of creativity and relaxation as we transform Blue Monday into a day of connection and joy.
1. Workshop by Tea Society: Collaborative Mural Creation
Unleash your creativity at this unique workshop where you’ll contribute to a stunning large-scale mural. Explore three creative stations:
- Painting with Tea:
Station Overview:
Participants will have the chance to express themselves by painting using tea on the mural, whether it’s abstract shapes, patterns, or tea-inspired imagery like teacups, steam, or cozy scenes. People can also paint in colouring books using tea.
Collaging Station:

Participants will craft layered pieces using tea bag wrappers, magazines, and coloured papers. These collages can then be placed directly onto the mural.
- Origami Station:
Station Overview:
Participants can fold small origami pieces, such as flowers, leaves, or other tea-inspired shapes. These creations will then be attached to the mural to add a 3D effect.

🚇 By Tube: Take the Bakerloo or Northern Line to Elephant and Castle Station.
🚶 By Foot: From the station, walk 5 minutes to the LCC building. Follow the signs to the SU Bar at the Darkroom.
