SHAPE THE STUDENT EXPERIENCE WITH THE ARTS SU STUDENTS' FORUM.

What are Student Forums?

All-Student Forums are different than Student & Dean Forums, and are one of the ways that students can set the direction of how we work to change your student experience.

Student Forums bring together students and officers to develop the Union's policies, campaigns, and projects to ensure the work we do is reflective of the student voice. All UAL students are members of Arts SU and can attend our forums which happen at least once per term.

Students can discuss policy and campaign ideas submitted via the Ideas Platform, find out what the Union is working on, and ask us any questions. The meetings are chaired by Arts SU Sabbatical Officers.

Why is it important?

Student forums are one of the core ways you can come together and find out more about how the Students' Union (SU) represents you and campaigns for you at the University of Arts London. It's crucial that our members (UAL students like you!) get involved to make sure we're serving your interests.

How does it work?

Student Forums come together to discuss submissions posted on the Student Ideas platform (Your Ideas) that have reached between 20-99 votes. Students discuss the idea and decide the actions to take next, and if approved, the idea will become Union Policy for 3 years, meaning Arts SU must campaign on your idea.

There will also be space to ask your Sabbatical Officers questions.
