Overview
On a drawing trip to the London Zoo, we will explore its inhabitants, transient humans and other long staying animals, by drawing from observation. The aim is to invent and observe narrative using visual reportage and fiction storytelling techniques that will accumulate in the production of a story (in whichever form suits the narrative) from a wholly unique perspective or varying set of perspectives.
Materials:
- Sketchbook (a good hand sized one)
- Loose sheets of paper of vary sizes to fold rip and tare
- Tape
- Scissors
- Something soft and easily removeable like Charcoal
- Something that can lay down colour FAST like markers and paint brushes
- Any preferred drawing material
- Coloured card
