Overview

Forage for wild teas in Hampstead Heath! 🌿

Guided by Maria of Healing Weeds, we will head on a foraging walk around Hampstead Heath to learn about the plants that appear around us in early spring. We’ll be using our senses to touch, taste and smell these plants to get to know them; which are edible and medicinal, as well as how to use them in simple tea recipes. This is an opportunity to slow down, breathe deep and enjoy learning about the wild teas we can forage for together. 🍵🍃

All experiences welcome, the walk will be slow paced, the terrain maybe a bit uneven and muddy but the paths are wheelchair accessible and relatively flat.

Please note that we will continue with the event even if it's raining, so be prepared for whatever the weather brings ☂️

What to bring: Weather-appropriate clothing, something to take notes with, and sturdy, comfortable shoes.
