Find out more about the roles available and nominate until 25th October, 12pm...
Finally, nominations for the 2024 Arts SU By-Elections are OPEN until Friday, 25th October, at midday! Find out more here.
Arts SU is run by students, for students. It's your leadership, feedback, and ideas that make Arts SU the representative, innovative body that it is. If you want to make change to the UAL student experience, nominate yourself for a voluntary role in the Arts SU By-Elections!
In this year's By-Elections, you can nominate yourself for a School Rep position, where you would work with Deans and Course Reps to influence key decisions made in your School. You can also nominate yourself to be the Postgraduate Students' Governor and sit on the governing body of UAL, representing postgraduate students.
These roles help you to develop skills in communication, creative problem solving, time-management, and so much more. Plus, they're an excellent way to network with individuals at UAL and beyond!
Want to know more? Join one of our Introduction to SU Elections sessions, taking place throughout the nominations period, to find out more about Arts SU, the different roles, key dates, and ask us any questions you might have. There is no commitment to putting yourself forward as a candidate by attending. In fact, the less sure you are, the more reason to come along! Get more details about these sessions.
If this isn’t for you – you might know someone who would make a great advocate for students. You can Recommend a Student to put themselves forward and we’ll contact them with more information - you've got until 21st October to recommend a student.
