Our Service
Our advisors are here to provide independent, impartial and free advice to UAL students on university academic processes and accommodation (UAL and private rental).
Our service is confidential, which means your discussions with us will not be shared with UAL without your permission.
We offer advice by email, telephone, Microsoft Teams and in-person on some UAL sites. You can contact us to request support using our contact form, or by booking an appointment with an advisor. Links to both of these services are located at the bottom of every Advice Service webpage.
By accessing our service you agree to our Terms of Service and the related policies within this. It is very important that you understand the ‘What we need from you’ section of this document. If you breach any of these expectations we may have to limit or withdraw the service from you.
