What are you looking for?

When looking for accommodation at the university, many different types of housing available will each provide a different overall student experience. There will be many factors to consider to help make the right choice for you. We have listed some common options below. 

 

UAL Halls of Residence 

Most students will spend their first year staying at university halls. These buildings are owned and managed by UAL in collaboration with private providers, with various locations, types of rooms and price points depending on your needs.

Students with disabilities 

UAL offer tailored support and prioritise students with disabilities and mental health conditions in their applications for UAL halls of residence.

Private Halls of Residence 

It is also a popular choice for many students to find accommodation in private student halls, which might offer more a wider range of accommodation options. These halls are managed by private providers and is open to students from many different universities. 

 

Private Renting 

Another option is renting with a private landlord or housing agent. This can be quite different to living in student halls but can offer more freedom depending on your needs. Private renting is not limited to  

 

Short Term Accommodation  

If you ever find that you need to find short-term accommodations, whether that’s in between moving or during summer holidays, options are available too.  

UAL offer several short stay options, such as short stays for international Pre-sessional, Study Abroad and Exchange students, and summer stays
