Hi, I’m Lexa and I’m your CCW College Officer!
I moved to London 3 years ago from Bucharest, Romania in order to study Theatre Design at UAL. Coming here during the Pandemic was a challenging experience but like many other students, I managed to make a lot of friends from different backgrounds and cultures. I fell in love with London’s diversity, history, and lifestyle, and I’m excited to make my first steps here as a working professional!
Working with the Student Union since my first year, first as a Course Rep, then as the Wimbledon School Rep, showed me the importance of the student’s voice, and the struggles and rewards of actively implementing feedback into UAL structures. I’m thrilled to start working full-time with the SU, and I hope that I can make a difference for all incoming and continuing students in the following year!
